Personal Use Only: Purchasing a physical original painting, a print, or a custom commission grants you the right to display the artwork personally.
No Commercial Rights: You do not own the copyright. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes or profit without an explicit written agreement and a commercial license. The artist retains the right to use images of all artwork (including commissions) for promotional purposes.
2. Custom Commissions
For custom art commissions, specific terms, timelines, and payment structures (such as non-refundable deposits) will be agreed upon before work begins. Once a custom piece is approved and finished, no modifications can be requested without additional fees.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship physical products to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer.
